Aloha! I’m Paulina TNT.

Before I became a therapist, I knew something felt off, but I couldn’t explain it. I’d sit with friends, listening to them talk openly about their emotions, watching how easily tears would come. And I remember thinking…why doesn’t that happen for me? Instead, I felt a lump in my throat and a heaviness in my chest. Like something was there, but I couldn’t access it.

That question led me to Internal Family Systems therapy. Slowly, things started to shift. I began to understand myself in a different way, and my inner world started to open. IFS didn’t just help me feel—it changed how I relate to myself, and as a result, how I relate to others.

And honestly… that changed everything.

What started as something personal became something I couldn’t ignore. I didn’t just want this kind of freedom for myself, I knew I wanted to help other people experience it too.

That’s what led me into IFS trainings, graduate school, and the work I do now.
